Refund policy
How refunds will be handled once paid extension downloads become available.
No purchases are currently accepted
Because checkout is not enabled, there are no website payments, orders or refunds to process at this stage.
Policy before launch
A complete refund policy will be published before sales start. It will explain eligibility, technical-defect handling, proof-of-purchase requirements, the request process and applicable consumer rights.
Digital goods
Different jurisdictions have different rules for downloadable digital products. Any final policy will be subject to applicable consumer protection laws and will not attempt to exclude rights that cannot legally be waived.
Questions?
Check the purchase status page for current availability. An official support contact will be listed before paid orders begin.
